About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Kinahh online store and purchases made through it. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders & customer information

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and review your order before payment. You are responsible for checking the items, quantities, delivery address and total shown at checkout.

If there is an issue affecting fulfilment, we will contact you about the available resolution. If Kinahh cannot fulfil a paid order, any refund due will be arranged in accordance with applicable law.

Products & handcrafted details

All Kinahh jewellery is handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, finish or texture may occur between pieces. Product photographs and screen settings may also affect perceived colour. Please refer to the product description and specifications before purchase.

Natural variations do not excuse material differences from an advertised description or defects for which a remedy is required by law.

Prices & payments

Review the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and final order total before completing payment. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout.

If you believe a payment or pricing error has occurred, submit a query through our Contact Us form with the relevant order details. Do not send payment-card passwords, PINs or one-time codes through the form.

Shipping, cancellations & returns

Delivery estimates and arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation requests follow our Cancellation Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Delivery-related issues should be reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video as described in Returns & Refunds.

The policies preserve any mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep access to your account secure. Do not use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuse another person’s identity or payment details, or interfere with the store’s operation. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Website content & other services

Store content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping and ordinary browsing. Other uses require the appropriate permission.
