Before You Wear It

• Apply perfume, lotions and hair products first, and allow them to dry before putting on your jewellery.
• Remove your pieces before bathing, swimming, exercising or using household cleaning products.
• Take jewellery off before sleeping to help avoid snags and pressure on delicate details.

After Every Wear

Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid hard rubbing, especially around plating, pearls and stone settings.

Do not use toothpaste, abrasive polish, bleach or household cleaners. Avoid soaking, steam or ultrasonic cleaning unless a jewellery professional has confirmed that the method suits the specific piece.

Store Each Piece With Care

Keep pieces separately in soft pouches or a lined jewellery box to reduce rubbing and scratches. Fasten chains and lay them neatly to help prevent tangling. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and damp places.

Know Your Piece

Always follow any care instructions included with your product. Different metals, finishes, stones and settings can need different care.

For plated pieces, use a gentle cloth and avoid metal-polishing products. For pearl or delicate stone pieces, avoid chemicals and protect them from knocks. If you are unsure how to clean a piece, contact us before trying a cleaning solution.

Handle Gently
