Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout only, before you complete payment. Please review the shipping charge and final order total before placing your order.

Delivery availability

Enter your full delivery address and PIN code at checkout to check the available delivery options. Orders can be placed for destinations supported at checkout. If no delivery option is available for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch & delivery estimates

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 days. Estimated delivery is within 4–8 days of placing your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The estimated delivery date shown on the product page provides guidance for your order.

Actual delivery can vary with your location, courier operations, holidays and circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, submit a query through our Contact Us form with your order number.

Tracking your order

Tracking details are provided after dispatch so you can follow your shipment. For tracking questions, submit a query through our Contact Us form with your order number.

Address details & changes

Please check your delivery address, PIN code and contact information carefully before placing your order. If a correction is required, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If delivery fails or the courier cannot locate your address, contact us so we can check the order and advise on the next steps. Any applicable reshipping charge will be explained before you agree to reshipment.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries

Report a delivery-related issue within 24 hours through our Contact Us form and include your order number and unboxing video. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable consumer law are not affected.
